Cheerleading fees for the 2018 season are $275. For a detailed list of cost associated with your registration fee and more information please read the hand book.
You may download needed forms below and bring them any of our registrations or to register online please fill out the forms online and email them to Chatsworthchiefscheer@gmail.com.
**in addition to forms cheerleaders must provide a copy of their birth certificate and a copy of of their year end report card**
